Chicken Jalfrezi, or "Jal", as I like to call it, is fine balance of chilli heat, curry and the freshness of coriander. A truly great Jal will also have a barbecue flavour.
I love curry, I'd eat it every day given the chance and in absence of the obvious associated health issues.
